8mg of fish oil a day?

I am taking eight 1200mg capsules a day. Total 9.6 a day. Remember, I KNOW I have heart disease. The fish oil means nothing, it's the carrier for the Omega-3's. The capsules I am taking contain 360mgs of it. So it takes eight of the capsules to give me 3000mgs a day. If you have not been diagnosed with arterial plaque, you don't need that much.

Of course, the only way to know for sure is to get a scan. Everything else is guesswork.
