There was a Republican strategist on CNN last night who said that Hillary would also energize the Republican base. Whereas, another Republican strategist on the same show wanted Hillary saying she will strengthen the ticket.

So Obama has his work cut out for him on this issue. And I would say the decision is that the Clintons go only as far as the convention. They have their day under the sun there and no further. Maybe President Obama could work towards her becoming a Senate leader later.
