I noticed that he had been taken in by Obama and wondered why.

If Buffet is moving to opposing the capital gains------then is it possible that Obama will begin to flip again.

Flipping is easy as he can just as easily flip back if elected.

That was George Bush Sr's big mistake----going to the GOP Convention and giving a speech that declared "Read My Lips, No New Taxes" and then he reversed himself after being elected.

Enter Ross Perot----and then Clinton----resulting from a promise that George Sr. made but did not keep.

Now see I can be non-partisan.

Yes, Buffett's affiliation with Dems is surprising. It's possible Warren naively sees it as his parents Harry Truman Dem Party. If so, he couldn't be further from the truth.
