Arizona is a community property state.

A factor which further complicates the answer.

"Community Property State" has different meanings in different states. For example, in Texas, if you are married, wages earned by you at your job half-belong to your spouse because wages are community property. But in other CP states, this is not typically the case. Special rules apply to realty, as well, particularly dependent on whether property is one's principal place of residence or not.

It was a complicated question, the man wanted to answer it with precision, and so he said, "Hey, I'll get back to you".

This is just typical liberal bullshit and the sole objective is to take everyone's eyes off the REAL ball, which is Obama's terrorist relationships and incompetence.

I don't think it is working, however.
