Because of the physical resemblance. Urkel is what passed through my mind when I saw him on his bike wearing that helmet. Only a part of the resemblance is color. There are lots and lots of black people who wouldn't fit the Urkel description as well as Obama. But there is no white person who fits the Obama image? Is that what you're saying?
