extremely self confident people (at least outwardly) run for president. Neither is arrogant as far as i can see. Inode is God because he sees and knows all.

McCain one of the worst. On what do you base this hate claim? Practically everyone who has ever known the man had nothing but good words to say about him. The only people bashing him are liberals.

That Obama is black does not make his arrogance acceptable. It makes it unacceptable to a lot of people... that's why you guys point it out. Every presidential candidate is arrogant... McCain one of the worst. I draw a line between arrogance and self confidence. I think Obama is self confident from years of doing well.....graduating from Harvard summa cum laude, winning at most everything he tries, writing best seller books, running one of the best political campaigns in modern history......his self confidence comes from his accomplishments. McCain is arrogant......he did poorly in school, trashed a few planes, discarded a woman who no longer satisfied him because she had become disfigured, not being a great senator, needing expensive things to project an image, his second wife financing his political campaigns etc. His arrogance comes from insecurity and self deprecation and is needed to overcome the negatives.
