You really think McNut is in there to do anything but carry the Republican torch? He won the candidacy by process of elimination. His aspirations to be president were based on NOTHING but killing his final years in public office. That idea was rejected by the R party until the other candidates turned out to be even more unelectable. McNut knows nothing about the economy, the environment, or reality in America. He only knows how to hop on his plane, collect his paycheck and take a junket whenever he can.
