Define 'wealthy'. Do you mean top 1% people, or upper class? If the latter, I strongly disagree that 98% would not know how many houses they own. And I strongly disagree that this is a non-issue. It is not a non-issue to middle class voters who are losing their homes, worried about losing their homes, or struggling to someday buy their first home. It emphasizes how much of a gap in what is important between themselves and McCain. The audience that the 'McCain Housing Problem' is aimed at will not believe it is cheap or fraudulent, but a sharp means of pointing out the gap between that 1% and the rest of the nation.
