Biden blathers on in Springfield,Il: Says oil crisis caused by oil men in the WH(simplistic banter); Biden mentions 44 senators are older than him(ageism complex); quote: "we need a good leader more than a good soldier"(he'll get both with McCain); "Yes We Can" robot rant; Crowd starting to sound like a travelling salvation show; Biden mentions Swiftboat Vets for Truth(a sign of tattered old liberal politics); Biden is warmly speaking about Obama's Kansas family roots with more affection than Obama has ever mustered for them in a speech. All in all not very a very impressive speech from Biden..same old liberal rants.
