"Obama may not be a racist, but playing the race card was a racist action."

That was only a wet dream you had......

"Actually, there is no evidence that significant numbers of persons have been tortured by the US during the last eight years. Some believe "waterboarding" is torture, however, that is not my view. But even that technique is known to have been performed only on three occasions during the Bush administration. So, the term "many" really isn't a truthful statement."

Let's not be ridiculous ....pull your head out of the White House sand....

"Utter nonsense. I'm sure a few innocents have been put to death, but certainly not in recent years. But the number of lives saved by applying the death penalty undoubtedly far exceeds the number of innocents put to death."

Just based on the number on death row who have been exonerated, hundreds can be extrapolated......which state stopped all executions to review the whole process????
No serious study has ever shown that the death penalty reduces crime.... You want facts then show some of your own.

McSame believes waterboarding is torture. Or, at least he DID. He may have flip-flopped on it since.

"McCain: Waterboarding a horrible torture technique used by Pol Pot"

aftermathnews.wordpress.com

"“Anyone who knows what waterboarding is could not be unsure. It is a horrible torture technique used by Pol Pot and being used on Buddhist monks as we speak,” said McCain after a campaign stop at Dordt College here.

“People who have worn the uniform and had the experience know that this is a terrible and odious practice and should never be condoned in the U.S. We are a better nation than that.”"

Bush said, "We don't torture", but, Bush lied.
