the more I walk the better my back feels.

It's weird. I can dance out the pain, but not walk it out.

In my case, the more I walk the better my back feels.

I started walking 14 months ago. Worked up to 6 - 15 minute miles, now with the Florida summer heat down to 4 - 15 minute miles. I've lost 35 lbs (and put ~8 back on), no longer get heartburn when I eat ANYTHING, my arm used to fall asleep at night and that no longer happens, I don't get sleepy in the afternoon, I just feel 100% better in so many ways.

Sounds stupid... but spending an hour doing moderate cardiac exercise can make the other 23 hours of every day so much better. Can't figure out why I didn't start a lot younger.
