The NAACP is not "the Democrats". Actually, it IS the Democrats. Look at all the crap McCain is putting on the air all ready this year. Obama has run at least as much "crap" as McCain has.

The NAACP is a defacto branch of the DNC. then you have to go back to an ad aired once in 1964? I went back that far to show such tactics are nothing new.

Besides, that "Daisy" ad wasn't just fear mongering. Goldwater had one idea to bomb the DMZ in Vietnam with enhanced, "dirty" nuclear bombs to create a permanent, radioactive DMZ that would kill anyone that entered it. This was to keep the NVA from coming south into S. Vietnam. It would have lasted tens of thousands of years.
