I was the principle author of our first state plan for a comprehensive Emergency Medical Services program which is still in use today); and the principe author of the fist State plan for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse and I was the state director of both agencies. I am just writing fast and trying to concentrate on the ideas, not the spelling. It is far more important to understand existentialism than know how to spell it. But I would agree my English is weak as I have little primary education. I did not start my university education until I was 20 having grown up in a tough town with an alcoholic father, so I mostly worked to have spending money and spent little time in high school. I do the best I can.
