I believe it is happening. I have read other articles on this subject. One of the articles involved one of the internet sites where products are sold at extreme discounts. I can't remember which one. At any rate the CEO claimed that despite the fact that the company was doing well, it had been targeted by a hedge fund which was selling stock it did not own and driving the price of his stock down. I guess it could be sour grapes but I have read other similar stories. I guess where there is smoke there is fire. I am not a Barak Obama supporter by any means, but when he says the Republicans have privitized profit and socialized the losses he is right. Little joe
