That's the reply you would get from our libs.

That said we should never forget that the Yalta deal called for Poland to have independent elections to decide on their own destiny. The Russian peace lovers changed that on the spot 1948. That was against the agreements.
Agreements with those guys are only binding for the stupid West and up to their "interpretation" (wide indeed) as for their side.

Poland would be about the last place they invade. Other countries are between Poland and Russia, and Poland is right next to Germany, I think a hot war would break out before they could invade Poland.
