No, is it really true? That's not good... but, if so, then these windmills should be built where there are no homes... but, come to think of it, I don't remember seeing homes anywhere near those windmills, they were in open fields and along the beaches and out in the water... no homes anywhere in sight... but still, there's always some ways to work around issues like that i/when they occur, but to ignore the option is senseless...IMHO
