don't like liver, use deer meat, smother it all in gravy. Hamburger works too, make SOS. Great shit I've been eating all of my life. You can just about smother anything in gravy with onions...

I love chicken liver though, in particular in the summer. Maybe it has to do with my tan.

That Cajun or Southern food, not necessarily black. Liver and onions is one of my favorites.
