Hoover! All the presidents were scared of Hoover, except Bobby Kennedy. Hoover and Bobby Kennedy hated each other. Eisenhower had 56 mafia chieftons under indictemnt. 18 months into Bobby Kennedy atty gen and he had 2600 under indtctment including Jimmy Hoffa in jail. Bobby Kennnedy was going after Hoover next! Bobby and John Kennedy protected Martin Luther King even using the national guard. Put thurgood Marshall on the Supreme court! And the African American community knows that!
