Bottom line is that Rove learned how to trick the unsuspecting using scare tactics and negative campaigning. I saw where 85% of bush's ads in the last election were negative. As rove, bush, cheney and their ilk are sociopathic in behvior they have no scruples at all. A person with a conscience and who is thoughtful is at a great disadvantage if the majority of people cannot get past the simplistic scare tactics. Kerry might have won Ohio and that last election if he had been willing to bash gays as Carville told him he had to do. He just could not do it. So in a nutshell, the dems inability to get in the gutter where rove and company like to do business creates a huge problem not only for the dems, but also for the country. If the country cannot see past gutter politics then we will continue down the Orwellian road. What did you say "Gobellistic or ism", that was good.
