Totally irrelevant. Has nothing, whatsoever, to do with the fact that we chose to enforce resolutions against Iraq.

[There are reasons, and good ones, but I'm not getting into it. The point is the resolutions against Iraq were there for a reason, and we chose to enforce them.]

Only Security Council resolutions are enforceable. Not General Assembly resolutions. Iraq's resolutions were Security Council resolutions.
