Clinton had no compunction against killing Usay, Uday, Heday or Whoday. The difference between Clinton and George W. was the same as the difference between George W. and his old man, George I. Clinton and George I, would listen to their Generals if they were going to invade a country. George W. was so slow witted and easily cowed that he let Cheney and Rumsfeld do their own thing. Cheney and Rumsfeld were so Out of Touch with the geo-political realities in Iraq that they actually BELIEVED that all they had to do was defeat Saddam's military and quickly install their own guy Chalabi to "remake" the Middle East. It's hard to believe, but Cheney wasn't "kidding" when he said on 'Meet the Press' that our troops would probably be greeted with flowers. We could have rebuilt our entire Electrical Grid and made our Internet Access the BEST in the world for the money we just WASTED on Iraq.
