Not really. Those are Southern. Now, certainly cajuns will eat those things, but they don't consider them part of their cultural identity.

Granted, okra is often used in gumbo. But, it is sort of a poor man's filet. Great thickener and not nearly as expensive.

This is sort of like claiming hamburgers are cajun.
