When we bought our land in Magnolia, we had to pay cash because we weren't willing to guarantee that we would be completed within the offered time frames. And the longer the time frame, the higher the interest. But most people don't know that so Brumar's take on it sounds very plausible. Of course, that's how GOPers win arguments and elections.
