Sure they can argue that it's "unfair" to connect O to Ayers but is unfairness enough for the Federal government to censor the ad?

BTW Fox declined to run the ad. Only being run on a few local stations. Thanks to the Obama overreaction most Americans will end up seeing it.

What basis do they want the Justice Dept to use to pull this ad?

Read the group's lawyers letter to the Justice Department.
