"Seems like Democrats are hoping, even praying, that McCain makes the mistake of picking Joe Lieberman." I don't see much sign of this. He has been mentioned. Along with a bunch of others. I see Romney mentioned a whole lot more than Lieberman. In some respects, he would be a good choice and make things really interesting. However, his stance on some issues will cause a rift in the base, so the overall negatives probably out-weigh any positives.
