All a newborn has is that it can do absolutely nothing for itself except suckle if a breast happens to be in the neighbourhood. Otherwise it dies.. point final.. unless some incredible set of fluky experiences occur or a miracle if that is your flavour... Nothing in life is black or white except black or white... by your logic being born at term with a terminal heart defect is a death sentence than ? Hence my use of fuzzy and subjective.. ie.. not logical but your opinion. Similarly I'd be dead now.. No thanks .. I have two kids, a wife, two dogs, and two cats that all love and depend upon me.. (OK the cats are iffy) :O) We have a brain for a reason.. we are supposed to use it.. not accept anything on blind faith.. We are supposed to push the boundaries.. otherwise we'd be ants or bees.... In this day and age we fix broken bones, do cochlear implants, multiple bypasses.. should we stop ? It is subjective.. and that's OK but don't misconstrue your beliefs as the way, the light and the truth for all.. (I need to rethink that one each and every day) regards TBS
