That was a joke by McCain but fortunately the Clintons took it to heart and got her the surgical tweeking she needed. She is now a lovely young woman. Just hope she doesn't get too involved in that hedge fund where she works.

That was also a very long time ago.

The real shame is nobody did Amy Cater the same favor.
