It's not the absolute... it's the trend. And the trend is not our friend.

Yes, wars are expensive. But our wars are the price of freedom, something the Chinese don't enjoy.

The trend in America is not great, I'll agree. But the trend in America is that Big Government has sucked up so much American money for the nanny state that the money for infrastructure building is not available. We are providing the best free health care in the world for people whether they can afford it or not.

That, right there, will build a few pretty decent airports and maglev trains.

I think the worst shame is that here in America, where it was invented, we have a second class internet compared to the rest of the world. Due largely to the 'free market'!
