They pay big bucks for the answer to that question.

It's been gradually hitting. The stock market went
nowhere to down in 8 years, the housing bubble popped,
the credit bubble popped, and the dollar dropped.
It's a difficult environment. Now all we have left
is government intervention - err manipulation. The difference
is that the first one is announced, while the second is not.

The failure of government manipulation is when SHTF.
Then you get armed gangs, depression, widespread violence, etc.
Ugly stuff. They hope they can keep the crisis contained,
cause if SHTF (USD run), armed hordes will storm the White House.
