Save for whats going on within its borders, china behaves well. I bet they are mortified by the actions of the NEW SSR. They have Xinggiang province and Tibet to worry about. Maybe Russia will give them passports and declare them independent of china. Ted would like that. He is a big fan of Ossetia so why not Xingang? I think ted was going to visit Xingiang before he decided not to. Like Kerry.
