Another fact; long blade wind systems produce 40% more power per unit than the current installed base. last week a friend said that in a 3 hour drive through Iowa he saw 16 new long blades being moved on trucks to probably N or S dakota. the highways are full of innovation, take a drive and see what you'll see. iowa by the way, is sitting on top of more oil than almost anywhere else, but the system screwed itself by lying about oils scarcity & origin and now...... its too late.
