d:oug/Rose, cops will tell you that most people they arrest go right back onto the streets with nary more than a slap on the wrist. Yet the public still demands people that commit crimes be arrested regardless. It's just the right thing to do. What iHub proposes to do may or may not work, but it's the right thing to do. As regards the casino analogy... you fail to recognize that there's a big difference between someone good at, say, craps, vs. someone who knows which dice are loaded so they can manipulate accordingly. - Jeff
