I'm sceptical of the shortage claims ... w/o price response. There already IS a spot market. Publicity stunt on his part, I think.

Of course, I could be wrong. Someone hit me from behind on Tues afternoon and I haven't been thinking straight since ...

Tulving currently has them in stock for $1.39 over spot. That is less than the starting bid on his auction. Granted they are going in and out of stock at Tulving so fast that it is hard to keep track, but I am thinking that article might be a bit over the top...
