I'd like to call readers' attention to some interesting posts from the IHub Q&A board dealing with the issue of paid pumpers and paid bashers and whether these users should pay extra to do their "job."

siliconinvestor.com

What I have found particularly amusing has been the typical retorts as soon as one sees a post asking about paid bashers. The "no such thing" crew very quickly says, "trust me, I've never been asked, no such thing as ...."

I even saw a couple of posts about those hedge fund managers and associates who controlled the boards on this site for so long, with dismissals, not logical ones, but more like "everyone knows" he posts. Apparently, the argument is that someone who runs, or is associated with, a hedge fund, who front runs and posts his bash, who attacks others on message boards is not really a paid basher???

re: Cox's latest blah. Cox is trying to shift public's attention from the "Abusive Short Selling" issues to that of "International Accounting Standard". Nothing new in his latest blah in the sense that he has not proposed new rules in strict enforcement of illegal short sales and non-delivery of certificates on settlement dates. He refers to the old "SHO" regulations, but no strict ways to enforce them.

Cheers,
