It should be means tested. That way it wouldn't cost so much to the country. Tired of these old coots who obviously don't need it throwing it away in casinos.

Most who receive Social Security collect far more than they ever paid into the program. The American life span is longer today than it was when the program was first implemented, and there are fewer workers paying into the system than for prior generations.
