Being a Virginian I keep talking to my friends and anyone who wants to discuss the election.

Thus far people are surprised at Obama's choice of Biden and not Hillary-----the two would have make a formidable team in spite of Hillary and Bill's negatives according to some.

Those who will vote for McCain have no strong preference for the VP Nominee. They will support whomever McCain names.

The name that most often comes as the strongest choice is Romney.

Seems the Democrats recognized that Romney was the strongest choice and increased their attacks on Romney.
