McCain has been right about many things and wrong about many things as well. Pre 2002 McCain was right about many things and post 2002 McCain has been wrong about many things - especially the key things. Plus he has this tendency to irritate a whole bunch of people including conservatives. Regardless he is probably better than all others in the primary in republican side (with exception of Ron Paul whom you guys don't consider conservative anyway)
