When - now or back before the surge. Right after Obama visited Iraq. That would be after the surge. Though Obama was saying cut and run long before the surge too. BTW did you hear NK is starting their nuke program back up, and Iran says it has 1000's of centrifuges going? And Russia attacked Georgia? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Yep, they think Obama's gonna be President. Wow, you guys are great. You seamless go from blaming everything on Clinton to blaming everything on 'anticipation' of Obama! It's like GW never existed at all! Its true that Bush is leaving office soon and many think Obama will be elected. If he does get elected, Russian troops might be back in Warsaw and Prague, China will invade Taiwan, liquidate the Tibetans and Uighurs, Sudanese will wipe out the last Darfurians .... You ain't seen nothing yet.
