There was never a piano teacher. He called it that because of his playing the keys fantasy. Then he changed the PT designation to Physical Therapist. The old coot may be getting physical therapy and I have no doubt that he would fantasize about the provider but I seriously doubt there was any material relationship beyond his imagination.
