Stratic Energy (SE.V), Sterling Resources (SLG.V) -- They have announced that their East Breagh well in the North Sea found gobs of gas pay and, from the logs & core samples, appears to be consistent with the theory that East Breagh is really part of the same reservoir as West Breagh. The production test is still pending but this is tremendous news, they now have a great shot at proving up a TCF+ of gas, in an area of the world where gas is valued very highly. It will be interesting to see how the markets respond to this news today. The Canadian penny stocks have been hit the hardest of all the E&P stocks in the last few months.
