I have watched a lot of politicians charged with a lot of infractions over the years and this one certainly is extraordinarily minor.

The trooper deserved much more than the light punishment he received so where was the undue influence?

Sounds like the guy she fired deserved to lose his job.

Palin is clearly someone who has lead a squeaky clean life and this is undoubtedly a rather pathetic attempt by her enemies to do her damage. Talk about your trumped up charges.

The national democrats will undoubtedly use this nonsense to try and discredit her. But such things as ethics or honesty don't matter to them. But they certainly have plenty of skeletons in their closets-much much worse than this affair with the trooper..
