Clean air and water. I eat mostly fish and they come from pristine waters. Social systems are intact. Employment is abundent and wages are fair. I live in the middle of town and have not locked my door in 25 years. Bike paths everywhere. My town has the highest per capita level of education of any town in the US I think. And living up here is personal and easy. It is wild and beautiful. I just heard Palin supported Pat Buchanan and wants to teach creationism in school.
