Actually, I think they revel in it.

It's all part of the arrogance born of having the MSM and school systems in their pockets.

They can say it's "orange" when it's "purple" and that the opposition is just being meanspirited to point out the falsity of the statement and the media talking heads will nod right along with them and pile on with their own phony outrage.
