There's probably more people in a typical senate office than there were employees (40) in that town where she served in the town council and as the mayor. Probably a much bigger budget as well.

There was an argument made somewhere on SI recently that Obama's experience in the management of his record breaking campaign and successfully overcoming extreme odds in beating the Clinton juggernaut is gold as far as executive leadership skills go.
