A person who "has it in the bag" just sits back and does nothing. I don't think the Obama campaign is doing that neither are the American people.

It was very impressive to see not only Barack but also also other Democrats laud McCain's services while seriously raising doubts about his ability to be President. A very sharp distinction of the campaign of 2004.
