I think education means a great deal and having worked with college admissions offices for the last ten years of my work with the high school I was in I know the Ivy League schools. It does not mean however that there are not good professors in smaller more intimate schools that never get the accolades that the Ivies do. However all my parents wanted Ivy League education for their children... Harvard stands for a lot. Wasn't it Kennedy's cabinet that had a flock of the Ivy League School graduates in it ?
