Obama never voted for or against the war and he was not in the Senate at that time............the people in his district were completely against it so his statement was no badge of courage. Words are cheap. It's not what you say............it's what you do. Obama now thinks we will need to keep permanent bases there.................how's that for a dicotomy? If he was right back then, why isn't he for a total pullout like he once tauted? Judgement or rhetoric?.............empty on both accounts because there is no action to back up either..
