Got all that except boat which I don't need because I'm Uptown and didn't flood last time.

If I do in fact need a boat, well, it's lights out for the city.

Wife and child safe in a hotel in BR.

I'd kinda like to stick around, then leave to our hotel room after it's over just to secure home.

Plus, I think I am a bit of an adrenaline junkie. Felt a bit cheated during 2005 as I was out of town when K. came up.
