A woman of limited accomplishments was just selected as VP for a 71 year old candidate. This is very much my business, it is everybody's business. My primary concern is getting the country back on track, to where it was when Clinton was in office. This will be difficult given the massive debt spending from the Bush years."You cannot raise a down syndrome child in the USA without **significant** financial means (or government benefits if you are living in a small town, like Palin). None of that is true. You are an outsider on this issue, Wrong, I happen to know a fair amt about this subject, in that somebody I know has a down syndrome child without ADEQUATE HEALTHCARE COVERAGE. Tell me, do the hoardes of women you know with down syndrome babies have comprehensive healthcare, and if they do where did they get it- by living off the state as Palin does? Most startup companies would not cover special needs children in their healthcare packages. They don't overtly state this, instead they only offer to cover the worker (not the family), or they find an excuse to lay off the liability (by laying off that worker). Christ what a bore your opinions are- it is the classic ad hominem waste of time. I can assure you that most of the non-Bush supporters that post here and elsewhere are worried about the country as a whole. That is obvious, and the reason 90% of the nation thinks we are going in the wrong direction. Why can't you go be an independent wealthy business woman and leave people who choose other lifestyles alone? Is your independence not everything you were promised?
