We have 2 cars, a boat, our house and a $1 million liability policy with State Farm so I get a package deal. My mother, aunt and uncle worked at State Farm when it was an 8 person firm. The head guy went out and sold auto insurance to farmers door to door. The now CEO and I played sandlot football when we were kids. Actually it was a horse pasture and we played when the horses were gone. I was at the hardware store not long ago and ran into him. He still remembered when I tackled him and he went down in a pile of horse crap. Thing is about State Farm is it's a mutual company. That is owned by the policy holders. Profits go to reducing premiums plus you don't like an answer you get to the person's boss and his boss and his boss on up.
